Toba Hotel International

Toba Hotel International is a good meeting place, and it takes about 3 minutes by taxi or about 15 minutes on foot from Toba-Railway Station. Toba-shi is about 100 minutes from Nagoya and 2 hours from Osaka by train on the Kintetsu-Line [ http://www.kintetsu.co.jp/ (in Japanese)].

Central Japan International Airport (NGO) will open at February, 2005, and it would take about 40 minutes from that to Tsu-shi by high-speed boat. To visit Tsu-shi from a foreign country, it would be very convenient to take Central Japan International Airport.




From Toba sta. to Toba Hotel International, it takes about 3 minutes by taxi or hotel's shuttle bus, or about 15 minutes on foot.

Hotel's shuttle bus can be available every 30 minutes at Toba sta.

Registration fee
The regular registration fee covering the conference participation, proceedings, banquet and coffee breaks is 45,000 yen (on-site registration) or 40,000 yen (early registration prior to 30 June, 2005) .   For students, it will be 25,000 yen (on-site registration) or 25,000 yen . Banquet fee for an accompanying person is 10,000 yen.

It is possible to cancel your registration free of charge until September 21, 2005.   After this date, cancellation is not possible.
