Abstract and papers should be written in
English, and then
English will be used for the presentations of papers in
conference.
Abstract due date extended to November 26, 2004. To date (November 2,2004), we have received almost 100 abstracts. We apologize if you have already submitted an abstract. We would like to inform you we have extended the deadline for the submission of ICJWSF-2005 abstracts to November 26, 2004. Abstracts of the proposal contributions should be sent to the local organization by Web. An abstract should be on two A4 size pages, including the title of the proposal, the names of the authors, figures and tables. Please identify the corresponding author with an asterisk and provide the complete address and e-mail address. Successful authors will be asked to submit full manuscripts for review. Final acceptance is based on review of the full manuscripts. A sample of abstract is following: http://www.ees.mach.mie-u.ac.jp/ICJWSF/lib/abstract.pdf Abstract should be uploaded by using Abstract Submission Form . in this site. It is allowed PDF, PostScript as file format. Size of file uploaded has to be less than 0.5MB(512kB). To reduce the size of file, compressing archiver or compressor like Zip, LHa, gzip and bzip2. The full-length manuscript, draft paper(A4, maximum 6 pages) should be prepared in accordance with the instructions to authors: http://www.ees.mach.mie-u.ac.jp/ICJWSF/lib/paper.pdf . Draft papers should be sent to the local organization using Paper Submission Form in this site until March 31, 2005. PDF and PostScript are acceptable file format. The uploaded file size has to be less than 2MB(2048kB). To reduce the size of file, compressing archiver or compressor like Zip, LHa, gzip and bzip2.
All papers will be reviewed under the international
scientific committee.
If necessary, improvements to the paper content and
format could be required before final acceptance.
All accepted papers will be published in the CD-proceedings
of the conference.
Proceedings
The conference proceedings will be released on
CD-ROM at the Conference.
