Language
English is the official language of the Conference.

Presentation Time
All oral presentations are scheduled for twenty minutes. Please plan on speaking for 12 minutes allowing 6 minutes for questions and 2 minutes for the next speaker to take your place.

Equipments for Presentation
The following equipments will be arranged in the conference rooms:
  1. Screen and a laser-pointer
  2. LCD projector with 8 ports switching connector
  3. A presentation PC (Windows2000 or XP and MS-PowerPoint Japanese edition)

Note: Support will not be provided for Macintosh users, Zip Drives or multi-media presentations.

The transparency (OHP) or 35mm-slide presentation is NOT permitted. Please contact ICJWSF ( ICJWSF ) as early as possible if you wish to use a transparency (OHP).


Type of Presentation
All speakers can choose presentation type a or b as follows.
  1. You should bring a your laptop PC including your presentation. During the coffee/lunch break just before your session, connect your own laptop PC with the LCD projector through the switching connector by yourself and make sure that your laptop PC can work well. Plug type changer and transformer are not prepared.
  2. Your presentation should be brought either on a CD-R/RW or on a USB memory bar/stick for uploading. During the coffee/lunch break just before your session, you should upload the presentation onto the PC in the conference room.

Note: We strongly encourage you to bring your own laptop and a back-up CD-R/RW of your presentation to the conference, in case of computer difficulties.
